Nominations
Nominated establishments within NEA Data Bank participating countries are granted full access to the Computer Program Services (CPS).
For NEA Data Bank participating countries, the nomination process is described in the diagram below:
- An individual in an eligible establishment makes a request for an access-controlled package
- Detailed instructions for the nomination procedure are provided by CPS
- An establishment representative contacts the relevant national delegate on the Data Bank Management Board (MBDAV)
- The MBDAV delegate informs the Data Bank of the nomination of the establishment
- Liaison Officer agreement documents are sent by the CPS to the nominated Liaison Officer for signature
- Once the agreement is signed, access is granted with Liaison Officer validation of request details
